I'm a part of the Entertainment Group at the SPJA - simply put, we're responsible for the majority of the content for the SPJA's flagship show, Anime Expo, and we support our B2B conference, Project Anime.
As a Guest Relations Manager, I'm responsible for facilitating guest acquisition, guest contracts, guest experience, and guest scheduling. As a member of the Entertainment Group, I help project manage some of our other members and provide support wherever I'm needed.
